Nutrition's bloody vitamin's and tons of supplements

Is it just me, or does everyone turn into a medical expert the moment they hit 40?

I used to think my mom was a bit over the top, always reaching for a pill no matter the situation and popping them like candy.

All of a sudden, I’ve got meds everywhere—boxes falling out of what used to be my herb cabinet. Painkillers, menopausal supplements, and vitamins for literally every part of me.

I hate to admit it, especially to my mom, but yeah... I’ve kinda turned out just like her. Somehow, I’m turning into her—at least when it comes to meds. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a junkie or anything, and my mom’s an amazing woman. She just showed her love by handing out medicine instead of hugs.

Let’s be real for a sec—how do we stay healthy these days? Without actual veggies, we’re not getting the vitamins we need, and everything feels so over-processed. The healthier, cleaner options? Way too pricey. Organic? Let’s face it, most of us can’t always afford it. On top of that, life is just... a lot. Stress and the constant grind are wearing us down. Someone once said that we deal with in a day what people used to deal with in a year—sounds about right, doesn’t it? So yeah, food and exercise aren’t always the magic fix. Honestly, sometimes all we really need is some peace, quiet, and to just do absolutely nothing for a while—let ourselves exist and let that cortisol take a breather.
